Job Description:

Role: Junior Sales Engineer Pumps

Location: Woore

Salary: 27,000

We're working with an established engineering business specialising in pumping equipment, who are looking for a Junior Pump Sales Engineer to join their growing sales team.

This would suit someone with an engineering background who is looking to move into technical sales, or a junior sales professional with an interest in pumps and fluid

This is a great opportunity for a college leaver or junior candidate who has an interest in machinery and engineering and wants to build their knowledge and develop a career in technical sales.

Responsibilities include:

• Dealing with customer enquiries and preparing quotations.
• Learning about pumps, machinery and fluid-handling applications.
• Helping customers understand the products and solutions available.
• Updating and managing information on the CRM system.
• Building your technical and commercial knowledge.
• Working with the sales team and developing relationships with customers.

Skills and experience:

• A genuine interest in machinery, engineering or technical products.
• Good English and Maths grades.
• Good communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
• Basic computer and keyboard skills.
• The ability and willingness to learn a CRM system.
• A positive attitude and desire to develop a career in technical sales.

An ONC, HNC or engineering apprenticeship qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
