We are recruiting for a Key Account Coordinator & Customer Support professional to join a well-established and expanding organisation in Cardiff.

Working as part of a busy client services team, you will support key customer accounts, coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure clients receive an outstanding level of service. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, customer focused individual looking to build a long term career.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of key customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate stock levels and ordering requirements.
• Produce reports and assist with account performance updates.
• Support Account Managers with administration and customer coordination.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

About You

You will ideally have experience in customer service, account coordination, sales administration or supply chain support.

You will  also have:

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Power BI experience is desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
