Remuneration: £40,000 - £42,500 + commission

The role of Key Account Manager – Plumbing & Heating Systems will involve:

• Key Account Manager position dealing with a range of underfloor heating systems sold into main contractors, plumbing contractors, mechanical contractors and house builders.
• Manage and develop existing customer accounts to maximise sales and account growth.
• Handle enquiries, quotations and orders, ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the company's product range.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while achieving activity and revenue targets.
• Act as a trusted product expert, managing the sales process from enquiry through to order handover.

The ideal applicant will be a Key Account Manager – Plumbing & Heating Systems with:

• Must have experience in an account management, sales support or related role in construction
• Ideally have experience within a underfloor heating systems and/or experience selling

into main contractors, plumbing contractors, mechanical contractors and house builders

• Strong lead generation and prospecting skills, with good commercial and numerical awareness
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), personable, professional, and articulate
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong time management and teamwork skills
