Projects Across London & the M25
Up to £55,000 Basic + Overtime + Monthly Travel Pay + Genuine Career Progression
Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer looking to take the next step into a leadership role?
We're working with a growing and well-respected air conditioning contractor who is looking to appoint a Lead Air Conditioning Engineer to support the delivery of commercial installation projects across London and the M25.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer who's ready to step up, taking on more responsibility while remaining hands-on. You'll play a key role in leading installations, supporting engineers on site and working closely with the management team to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

The Role
As a Lead Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Leading air conditioning installation projects across commercial and high-end residential sites
• Installing split systems, multi-splits, VRV/VRF systems and associated equipment
• Supervising and supporting engineers on site, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Attending the Woolwich office regularly to collect materials, attend leadership meetings and assist with pricing upcoming works
• Working on projects including hotels, office buildings and prestigious residential developments

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience installing commercial air conditioning systems
• Strong knowledge of split, multi-split and VRV/VRF installations
• F-Gas Category 1 qualified
• A natural leader who is ready to take the next step in their career
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Able to attend the Woolwich office when required
