LOCATION: Pimlico (nr Waterloo station) - Site Based/Static role

PACKAGE: £50 - £55k, mobile phone, 23 days rising to 28 annual leave + BH, overtime, pension, sick pay (full pay for the 1st month!)

JOB INFORMATION - Lead Mechancial Engineer / Multi-skilled Engineer

• Our client have secured a prestigious new site in the Pimlico area and are seeking a professional, multi-skilled /Mechanical Engineer to be based full time on this site.
• We are looking for a Lead Mechanical Engineer to build and nurture the relationship with the client and ensure all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner, this role will evolve and the opportunity for progression will be available as the team on site grows. The site is newly refurbished and as other areas open up we will look to recruit a team beneath you.
• The position is a site-based role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as mechanical and HVAC maintenance along with electrical PPM's including lighting, emergency lighting testing/fire alarm testing and so on.

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Lead Mechancial Engineer / Multi-skilled Engineer

• The ideal candidate will have experience of working on mechanical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with a good knowledge of electrical maintenance and compliance along with plantroom maintenance/pipework/hvac service and maintenance.
• HVAC/mechanical/electrical and building services knowledge would be advantageous
• Experience and knowledge of PPM's and site compliance
• Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long term opportunity, additional training would be offered to the right person.
• Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously and on contracts of a similar nature would be advantageous. This site is high end so requires someone with a professional approach, smart & well presented with excellent time keeping.
