Lead Mechanical Technician

£41,500 - £46,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team leader, by mentoring junior colleagues.
• Supported Lean manufacturing
• Planned workloads and maintained team efficiency
• Creating and maintaining SOP documentation.

What We are looking for:

• Able to read mechanical drawings
• Ability to Fault Find
• Continuous improvement mindset and skills
• Mentoring and leadership Experience
