Job Description:

Senior / Lead Quantity Surveyor – Hyperscale Data Centre – West London

Salary/Package: Up to £110,000 all-in + pension, private medical and discretionary bonus

O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a reputable main contractor who have an excellent pipeline of projects within the data centre sector and are looking to appoint an experienced Senior / Lead Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for a hyperscale data centre project in West London.

They are seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in delivering large-scale projects within a main contracting environment. Previous data centre experience is not essential, making this an excellent opportunity for someone from a major construction, industrial or technically complex project background to move into one of the fastest-growing sectors in the industry.

Experience working on steel frame structures, industrial developments and major M&E packages would be advantageous, although the business is open to candidates with broader large-scale main contracting experience who can demonstrate strong commercial management capabilities.

With a solid pipeline of secured and upcoming work within the data centre space, the business can offer long-term career prospects, exposure to technically challenging projects and the opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a major hyperscale development.
