Salary: £14.68 - £16.12 per hour (depending on experience)

The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role across the school, supporting students both inside and outside of the classroom. This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same.
You will work closely with students who have EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans), providing tailored support to help them access learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Providing classroom support across a range of subjects
• Working 1:1 with students who require additional support
• Delivering small group intervention sessions
• Supporting students with SEND, social, emotional and behavioural needs
• Encouraging student engagement and positive learning behaviours
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider pastoral team
• Helping create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
