About the Role

A well-organised Tower Hamlets primary school is seeking a proactive Learning Support Assistant to work one-to-one with a Year 4 pupil who requires additional support to remain engaged with learning. The pupil responds well to structure, encouragement, and consistent adult support.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support the pupil during lessons, help regulate behaviour, and deliver short interventions focused on literacy and confidence-building. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo.
