Salary: Points 4-6 of the Support Staff Scale
FTE £25,185 - £25,989 per annum
Pro rata £22,511 - £23,648 per annum, including an allowance for holiday pay
Vacancy Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week (Term-time plus two weeks)

LSAs provide an efficient and high quality support to all students within the department, under the supervision and direction of the class teacher, in consultation with the SENDCO as required.

The post-holder will be required to comply with the Trust Code of Conduct. The post holder will have access to and be responsible for confidential information and documentation. They must ensure confidential or sensitive material is handled appropriately and accurately.
The post holder shall participate in the Trust’s programme of Performance Management and Continuing Professional Development.
Core job functions: Teaching and Learning
Have a full knowledge of student’s social, emotional and behavioural needs and ensuring that any disclosure a student may make must be reported to the classroom teacher and Child Protection Officers immediately.
