Learning Support Assistant - Bromley

Secondary Schools across Bromley are working with Prospero Teaching to bring in new cohorts of Learning Support Assistants for September 2026. Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils Year 7-11
• Assist the class teacher in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum.
• Support children with additional needs, including those with EHCPs.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals.

What You'll Need to Succeed

A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
