Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a variety of welcoming primary, secondary, and specialist schools throughout the Oxford area.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support students with additional needs, including SEN where required
• Build confidence, independence, and academic progress in young learners

We Are Looking For:

• Individuals with a passion for working with children and young people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and proactive individuals
• Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential
• University students studying Education, Psychology, Child Development, Sports Coaching, or related subjects are encouraged to apply
