Land-Based Engineering Lecturer
Location: Warwickshire
Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent (temporary-to-permanent considered)
Hours: Full-time

Are you an experienced Land-Based Engineer ready for a new challenge?
A well-respected land-based college in Warwickshire is looking for a Land-Based Engineering Lecturer to help develop the next generation of engineers. If you're new to teaching, full training and support will be provided.

You'll teach Level 2 and Level 3 learners, delivering practical and classroom-based sessions covering the servicing, maintenance and repair of agricultural and land-based machinery, including tractors, harvesters, groundcare equipment and modern hydraulic, electrical and diagnostic systems.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Land-Based Engineering or a related subject
• Strong industry experience maintaining and repairing land-based machinery
• Good knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
• A passion for sharing your skills and supporting learners

Teaching experience is welcome but not essential.
