Job Description:

Our Legal Top 150 client is looking for an experienced Legal PA to join its Corporate & Banking team. You will work closely with Fee Earners and Partners within the Corporate & Banking team, providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to ensure they can work as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Type of work for this Legal PA role:

• Type, prepare and produce reports, presentations and correspondence for the supervising Partner.
• Complete projects and tasks for the team, using initiative and organisational skills with minimal supervision.
• Take meeting minutes, track action points and follow up with attendees.
• Manage diaries and organise meetings and events.
• Carry out a range of administrative and technical support tasks for the team and the firm.
• Process and file team expenses and mileage claims.
• Keep the team updated on important tasks and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them where appropriate.
• Provide administrative support, including printing and scanning documents.
• Work with the Business Development team to help plan and organise business development activities and events.
• Carry out any other duties as required, including helping to manage fee earner inboxes (where applicable) and identifying urgent emails that need action.
