The position offers a choice of 37 hours across four days or 40 hours across five days, alongside a generous holiday entitlement of up to 35 days per year. This opportunity would particularly suit an experienced Early Years professional seeking a rewarding role with greater flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.
You will be:

Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play
Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive
Supporting children's individual learning, development and emotional wellbeing
Acting as a key person and developing positive relationships with children and their families
Completing observations and assessments to monitor children's progress and inform future planning
Encouraging children's confidence, independence and social development
Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and professional practice
Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality Early Years provision
Contributing positively to the day-to-day running of the nursery
The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Childcare or Early Years qualification and ideally have previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting. You will have a strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development, alongside excellent communication and teamwork skills.
We are looking for someone patient, reliable and proactive, with a genuine passion for supporting young children's development and creating meaningful learning experiences.
