Are you an experienced and confident Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a welcoming primary school?

We are recruiting on behalf of a friendly and supportive primary school in Ellesmere Port seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This is a long-term position with the opportunity to secure a permanent role for the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children's learning and making a positive impact in the classroom.

The Role

As an Experienced Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teaching and learning across the classroom.
• Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups.
• Help create an engaging, inclusive and positive learning environment.
• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and academic progress.
• Work collaboratively with class teachers and the wider school team.
• Provide additional support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) where required.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Has previous experience working within a primary school setting.
• Is confident supporting pupils across the primary age range.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• Is patient, adaptable and committed to helping every child succeed.
• Has experience supporting children with SEN (desirable).
