Location: Birmingham (Handsworth)
Pay: £90–£137.88 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term (with permanent potential)

About the Role:

• Support teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2
• Deliver targeted intervention groups to boost pupil progress
• Provide 1:1 and small group support, including SEN pupils
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
• Help maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment
• Support behaviour in line with school policies
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Have recent experience within a UK primary school
• Be confident supporting across KS1 and KS2
• Have strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Be proactive, adaptable and reliable
• Bring a positive, nurturing approach to supporting children
• Be committed to making a real impact on pupil development
