Are you an Operations Manager, Service Manager or Engineering Leader looking to join a global renewable energy business at the forefront of the wind energy sector?

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead regional wind farm operations across Co. Limerick, Tipperary, Clare and Offaly, managing field-based engineering teams while driving operational performance, safety and customer satisfaction.

The Role:

• Lead service operations across multiple wind farm sites
• Drive operational performance, turbine availability and service delivery
• Full responsibility for QHSE compliance and safety culture
• Manage budgets, KPIs, commercial performance and reporting
• Lead and develop field-based engineering teams and team leaders
• Resource planning, recruitment and workforce development
• Manage customer relationships and operational escalations
• Oversee inventory, stock management and major maintenance activities

The Person:

• Management experience within wind energy, utilities, power generation or engineering services
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
• Experience managing remote engineering or field service teams
• Strong commercial, operational and financial awareness
• Full Driving Licence and willingness to travel throughout the region
