Job Description:

Are you an experienced Logistics Administrator who knows their way around sales orders, stock allocation and keeping customers happy?

We're recruiting for an established and successful business looking for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join their busy distribution operation.

This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for keeping orders moving smoothly from initial entry through to dispatch and invoicing.

The role will include:

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Allocating stock against orders
• Producing order acknowledgements, invoices and associated paperwork
• Liaising with customers and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate records on the ERP system
• Supporting daily sales administration

What we're looking for:

• Previous logistics / supply chain / order processing experience
• Strong Sales Order Processing experience is essential
• Good working knowledge of Sage
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident customer communication skills
• Organised, reliable and able to juggle competing priorities

You'll be joining a well-established business offering a stable working environment, a busy and varied role and a friendly team around you.

Hours: 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-4.30pm Friday.
