Job Description:

M&E Clerk of Works (EL1 Cleared)

Lincoln | £30ph | ✅ Outside IR35 | 3 Days per Week | Long-Term Contract

EL1 Clearance essential.

Were seeking an experienced M&E Clerk of Works to oversee Legionella compliance and remedial works, with additional responsibility for fire systems inspections and compliance monitoring across a long-term programme in Lincoln.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Inspecting and monitoring Legionella remedial works
✅ Reviewing contractor performance and quality standards
✅ Undertaking site inspections and compliance reporting
✅ Supporting fire safety system inspections and remedial works
✅ Ensuring works meet regulatory and client requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Clerk of Works, M&E Inspector, Compliance Surveyor or similar
Strong knowledge of Legionella / Water Hygiene compliance
Understanding of fire safety systems
Ability to manage contractors and produce clear inspection reports
Current EL1 Security Clearance

£30 per hour ✅ Outside IR35 3 Days per Week Long-Term Contract
