M&E Project Planner
Location: London
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to support the successful delivery of multi-discipline building services projects. Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you will ensure projects are planned, managed, and delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Support planning and delivery of M&E building services projects
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards
Collaborate with teams to meet contractual milestones and project deadlines
Monitor performance, including financial targets and project schedules
Provide insight and analysis to support project delivery and client outcomes
Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Provide technical support and assist with training where required
About You
Essential:
HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering or relevant experience
Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical services
Good understanding of commercial and project delivery across multi-discipline contracts
Desirable:
Experience in financial or account management
Ability to manage and motivate site teams
Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills
