SC Cleared M365 Engineer
Up to £43,000 + Benefits
Remote with occasional travel to Hampshire
Are you an SC Cleared IT Engineer with strong Microsoft 365 experience looking for a role where you can develop your skills in a secure, fast-paced environment?
My client is looking for an SC Cleared M365 Engineer to join their growing technical team, supporting critical secure environments and working across a broad Microsoft technology stack.
This is a primarily remote role, with occasional travel to the Hampshire office for meetings and project work.
Due to the nature of the work, you must hold active SC Clearance or be eligible and willing to undergo the clearance process.
In this role, you’ll support and maintain core Microsoft infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 administration and support.
 
Key responsibilities as the M365 Engineer:

• Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint
• User administration across Entra ID / Azure AD
• Supporting Microsoft Server and Windows desktop environments
• Basic infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
• Supporting backups, endpoint security and system updates
• Assisting with cloud and infrastructure projects
• Providing technical support within a secure environment

To be successful, as a M365 Engineer, you’ll have:

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and desktop support
• Exposure to Azure / Entra ID
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience in a regulated or secure environment would be beneficial
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Active SC Clearance preferred
