We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operative to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various automated machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. Machine Operator – Automated Packing Lines

Shift: Monday to Friday 06:00am - 2:00 PM

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Machine Operators to join their team in Elsham, working on operating automated packing lines. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience, but the most important thing is a positive mindset and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor automated packing lines efficiently and safely
• Maintain product quality and adhere to production standards
• Assist with troubleshooting minor issues and escalate as needed
• Keep the work area clean and safe
• Work as part of a collaborative team

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in operating machinery is required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn
• Reliable and flexible team player
