Maintenance Assistant– Serviced Apartments, London

Full-time, Permanent | 32k per year - A valid, clean UK driving licence is required.

Our client is a premium serviced apartments operator, with a portfolio of properties in multiple locations across Central London.

They are hiring for an experienced Maintenance Assistant to join the friendly and professional team. A valid, clean UK driving licence is required.

Working 5 days per week over Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week on a rota basis. Hours of work are 10am to 6pm.

Your responsibilities

• General daily maintenance tasks
• Plumbing
• Painting and Decorating
• Basic electrical work
• Carpentry and assembly
• Kitchen and appliance fitting
• Lock repairs

Your skills and experience

• A valid and clean UK driving licence is required
• At least 2 years’ experience in a general maintenance or multi-trade role
• An ECS (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) card is desirable
• Experience within hospitality, property, or residential maintenance sectors
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
