Mobile Maintenance Electrician – Central Belt

Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + Overtime + Company Van

Location: Central Belt, Scotland

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time

FM Search & Select are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established Facilities Management provider, covering a range of commercial and retail contracts throughout Scotland's Central Belt.

The Role

As a Mobile Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial and retail properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently.

• Undertake electrical repairs, testing and remedial works.

• Maintain lighting, power distribution systems and associated electrical installations.

• Respond to breakdowns and emergency call-outs when required.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations.

• Complete maintenance reports and relevant documentation.

• Build positive working relationships with clients and site teams.

Requirements

• Qualified Electrician with relevant electrical qualifications.

• Experience working within commercial maintenance or Facilities Management.

• Strong fault-finding and electrical maintenance skills.

• Ability to work independently across multiple sites.

• Full UK driving licence.

• 18th Edition qualification preferred.
