£43,000 - £47,000 + Bonus, Pension, Life Assurance, Shift Allowance

The position will appeal to a Maintenance Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Electrical Technician looking to upskill or a Graduate with industrial working experience

This role offers a great mix of hands-on fault finding, preventative maintenance, continuous improvement and automation support within a fast-paced production environment.

Maintenance Engineer - The Role:

• Carry out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on production machinery and facilities
• Support machinery uptime and minimise production downtime
• Analyse downtime and OEE data to improve machine performance
• Work with PLC automation, safety systems and control panels
• Support continuous improvement and project activities
• Assist with spare parts management and site maintenance activities
• Mentor apprentices and provide technical support when required

Maintenance Engineer - What We’re Looking For:

• HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
• Previous experience within a maintenance engineering environment
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Experience with PLCs, automation systems and industrial machinery
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and machine technology
• Comfortable working independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment

Night Shift Hours:

• Sunday: 20:50pm – 06:00am
• Monday – Thursday: 22:30pm – 06:00am
