Are you an experience, multi skilled Maintenance engineer? My client are a leading precision engineering firm specializing in high-quality machining and manufacturing solutions for the aerospace and defence industries. They are on the lookout for someone who has strong experience maintaining CNC machinery, skilled in carrying out both electrical and mechanical maintenance on machinery and someone who can work under pressure to tight deadlines.

Maintenance Engineer
Job Description (5 bullet points maximum, 6 maximum if more senior role, or a role with lots of roles and responsibilities)

• Carrying out both electrical and mechanical maintenance on the machines
• Installing new equipment on site to the required standards
• Ensuring all work is undertaken safely and general housekeeping is maintained to established standards.
• Making sure contractors are working under suitable supervision
• Determine faults on plant and equipment and initiate methods for amendment

 
Maintenance Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Experience of Maintenance on CNC machine tools, hydraulics, pneumatic and electrical devices
• Able to read drawings and diagrams
• Can work under pressure, to tight deadlines
