Maintenance Manager ( Manufacturing )

€80,000 - €85,000 + Days + Progression + Training + Benefits

Carrolls Cross (commutable from Waterford, Dungarvan, Carrick-on-Suir, Clonmel, Youghal, Midleton, Cahir, Tramore & surrounding areas)

Are you a Maintenance professional from the Food Manufacturing industry looking to join a leading manufacturer where you can play a key role in driving reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across a modern production facility?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing manufacturer, where you will be responsible for leading site-wide maintenance operations while working closely with production, engineering, and senior management teams.

The company is a recognised leader within its sector and continues to invest heavily in its people, processes, and facilities. They are now looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager to support the next phase of their growth and ensure the highest standards of equipment reliability, plant performance, and maintenance excellence are maintained.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies, managing preventative and predictive maintenance programmes, leading a team of engineers and technicians, overseeing site projects, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the facility.

This role would suit a Maintenance Manager or Senior Maintenance Engineer from a Food Manufacturing background looking to join an industry-leading organisation offering long-term career development and the opportunity to make a significant impact.

The Role:

• Maintenance Manager
• Lead site-wide maintenance and reliability activities
• Manage preventative and predictive maintenance programmes
• Drive equipment performance, uptime, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead maintenance projects and support capital investment activities
• Develop and mentor engineering and maintenance teams
• Monday - Friday

The Person:

• Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Senior Maintenance Engineer
• Background within Food Manufacturing, Food Processing, FMCG, or a similar manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or equivalent)
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Looking to join a well-established and growing manufacturer
• Passionate about driving maintenance excellence and operational performance
