Maintenance Manager

Euxton Hall Hospital/Buckshaw Hospital, Chorley

Full Time – 37.5 hours per week

Euxton Hall Hospital, established in 1983, is housed in a purpose-built structure designed to the highest standards of private healthcare environments. The building features modern patient accommodation, well-equipped operating theatres, and advanced diagnostic areas. Over the years, the facility has undergone continuous investment to maintain its reputation as one of Lancashire's leading private hospitals, ensuring the environment remains welcoming, safe, and fit for purposes for a diverse range of visitors and staff.

The Buckshaw Day Care Facility operates as a modern extension to the Euxton Hall and Fulwood Hall Hospitals, providing state-of-the-art spaces tailored for outpatient care. The building includes comfortable waiting areas, consultation rooms, and the latest medical infrastructure. As an integral part of the overall hospital group, Buckshaw ensures that the physical environment is conducive to both patient well-being and efficient medical workflows.

Continuous improvements in infrastructure are central to both sites. Investments in advanced medical technology are complemented by upgrades to the buildings’ energy efficiency, accessibility, and safety systems. Facilities management teams ensure that every aspect of the environment—from operating suites to public spaces—meets rigorous standards for hygiene, maintenance, and regulatory compliance, supporting the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of the hospital site. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities focused on maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and service across all engineering and maintenance activities.
