Job Description:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our well established client based in Norwich, for a temporary Maintenance Operative the shift pattern is 4 on 4 off 10am - 3pm, paying £13.50ph

The role will include

• Keeping the site clean and tify
• Empty all bins and ensure they are clean, hygienic, and properly
• Carry out weed control across paved and landscaped areas
• Cut grass in designated green spaces
• Strim lawns, trim shrubs and maintain plant areas.
• Clear fallen leaves
• Basic Repairs: Carrying out minor DIY repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, repairing broken fences, or painting over damage
• Monitor site perimeter and identfiying hazards

The ideal candidate will need,

• Willingness to learn
• Previous experience as a ground maintenance/ Handyman role
• Basic Health & Safety Knowledge
• an eye for details
• the ability to heavy lift

Desirable Qualifications

• IOSH Managing Safely
• Lantra PA1- Safe Use of Pesticides
• Lantra PA6 – Handheld Knapsack Sprayer 
• Lantra Ride on and Push Mowers
• Lantra Brushcutter/Strimmer & Handheld Hedge Timmer
