Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical Bias)

Commercial Building | Liverpool Street

Salary: £55,000

Alice Rose Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading M&E services provider to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical Bias) for a prestigious, newly built commercial building in Liverpool Street.

This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a high-profile site. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality PPM and reactive maintenance, ensuring smooth building operations and exceptional tenant satisfaction.

Maintenance Supervisor Key Responsibilities

• PPM & Reactive Maintenance: Ensure all works are delivered in line with contractual SLAs
• M&E Systems: Manage maintenance of electrical and mechanical plant and equipment
• Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for client and tenant communication
• Building Oversight: Manage both base build and tenant areas
• Reporting: Produce monthly reports and support contract performance reviews
• Coordination: Schedule works, manage workload, and oversee subcontractors

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 – 17:00

Requirements

• City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (essential)
• Electrically qualified (Level 3 minimum – NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Apprenticeship trained
• Proven experience within commercial building services / FM environments
• Previous experience in a Supervisory or Site Management role
• Strong technical knowledge of building services systems
• Excellent communication skills with a client-facing approach
