Job Description:

Maintenance Supervisor North London 

My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance supervisor based in North London. You will have a trade qualification either electrical or mechanical, with a proven track record in commercial maintenance as well as experience managing engineers. 

Sector: Commerial Maintenance Health 

Duties will include looking after 23 staff including engineers, fabric techs, grounds and apprentices, making sure all ppm's and reactive works are issued, making sure jobs are signed off and CAFM system, toolbox talks, helping engineers. You will be office based 80% and 20% on site.  

Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday 

Salary up to 55K with call out (do not need to attend site) overtime and company benefits.
