Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manual/CNC Turner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operating Manual AND CNC turning machines and have a keen eye for detail. This role is essential in ensuring that precision components are manufactured to the highest standards, contributing to our commitment to quality and excellence.

Duties

• Operate ManuaL and CNC turning machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Conduct regular inspections of finished products to maintain quality assurance.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and improve efficiency..
• Assemble and fabricate components, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Manual AND CNC Turner or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex technical drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to assemble and fabricate parts with precision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities are essential for success in this role.
