Job Description:

An established and growing organisation within the animal health sector is looking to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy across both large animal and companion animal product ranges.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys combining strategic planning with hands-on campaign delivery. Working closely with sales, product and leadership teams, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, supporting commercial growth and delivering impactful marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

• Develop and deliver the marketing strategy across multiple product portfolios.
• Create annual marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives.
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Campaign Management

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Produce high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, product literature, technical documentation, presentations and promotional materials.
• Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines and relevant industry regulations.

Product Marketing

• Support new product launches from planning through to market introduction.
• Develop launch materials, product messaging and internal training resources.
• Work with internal stakeholders to maximise product adoption and commercial success.

Sales Support

• Partner with the commercial team to create tools that support customer engagement.
• Develop sales presentations, product resources and training materials.
• Gather market feedback to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Market Analysis

• Monitor competitor activity, customer trends and market developments.
• Use customer insights and campaign performance data to refine future marketing activity.
• Identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Digital Marketing

• Support the delivery of digital marketing across website, email and social media platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI, making data-led recommendations for improvement.

Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers and industry partners.
• Build strong internal relationships across commercial and product teams.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional who has:

• Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or Brand Manager position.
• A strong background in developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• The ability to translate technical information into engaging customer-focused content.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Desirable Experience

• Animal health, veterinary, agriculture, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience.
• Knowledge of veterinary practices or agricultural markets.
• Understanding of regulated marketing environments.

Benefits

- Basic Salary: €48000 - €50000 

- Hybrid Working: The successful candidate will be office-based during their first month to support onboarding and training. From month two onwards, the role will operate on a 4 days in the office / 1 day working from home basis.
