What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing full mechanical packages on live projects across the North West

• Overseeing planning, programming, procurement, and installation delivery

• Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression

• Supporting tender processes and contributing to design development

• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and site managers

• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, RAMS, and site protocols

• Working alongside commercial teams on budgets, variations, and cost control

• Taking a proactive role in problem-solving and issue resolution

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience delivering mechanical building services projects

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, and plantroom systems

• Comfortable managing multiple live sites and subcontractor teams

• SMSTS, CSCS, and first aid qualifications (preferred)

• Understanding of current industry regulations and compliance

• Confident communicator with a structured and solutions-focused mindset

• Full UK driving licence
