Job Description:

Location: Darlington
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join a static critical site in Darlington, supporting the operation, maintenance, and reliability of essential mechanical infrastructure within a mission-critical environment.

• Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical plant and equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, chilled water, ventilation, pumps, and associated systems.
• Monitor critical infrastructure performance and respond to faults.
• Conduct inspections, asset condition assessments, and system checks.
• Support project works, commissioning activities, and planned shutdowns.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and maintain accurate maintenance records.
