Job Description:

Senior Mechanical Estimator Required - East London/ Essex

CHS Group are currently working with a one of the leading M&E Contractors boasting a turnover around £200m shared across multiple business divisions and project sectors including commercial fit out, data centres, residential new build and retail.

Due to continued expansion and company growth, they are now looking to recruit an additional Senior Mechanical Estimator for their already well established pre construction department.

- Experience managing multiple projects/ tendering multiple projects at the same time would be required for this
- Typical values range between £100k - £20m across a wide variety of sectors

Key skills and experience required

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Mechanical Estimator working within the M&E Building Services sector
• Strong communication and negotiating skills
• Team Player
• Relevant Qualifications and/or Certificates

Annual Salary and Benefits

• Base salary: £50k - £75k (depending on experience)
