Job Description:

£45,000 + bonus | Split Shift (7–4 / 8–5) | Free meals on site

We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join a leading facilities management company on a high-profile corporate contract in Central London. The building is a modern blue-chip site with a strong engineering team and excellent working conditions.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll be:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a corporate office environment

• Working on FCUs, AHUs, pumps, motors, valves, and general mechanical systems

• Supporting HVAC and plumbing maintenance as required

• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards

As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll need:

• A background in mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing maintenance

• Experience working within commercial or blue-chip environments

• Good understanding of building services systems and fault-finding

• Relevant mechanical qualifications and a proactive attitude
