Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (DAYS)

Stone, Staffordshire.

£45,000 - £50,000 + overtime + benefits.

Working Hours – 6:00am – 2:00pm or 8:00am – 4:00pm.

Owing to a retirement in their business a successful manufacturer in Stone, Staffordshire are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team.

Role Description.

• Planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of industrial machinery.
• Mechanical fault finding and repair activities.
• Working on pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Assisting in engineering improvement projects to improve machinery performance.
• Basic electrical work.
• Conducting all work in a H&S conscious fashion.

Skills and Qualifications.

• Mechanical Maintenance Engineering experience.
• Basic electrical competency.
• Apprentice Trained or formally trained in engineering.
• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Strong fault-finding capability.
