Job Description:

Why You Should Apply?

18 Days Off: When was the last time you had 18 days off in a row? On this shift pattern, it happens every seven shift rotations. That is real time, not a long weekend. Enough to actually go somewhere, recover fully, or be properly present with your family.

Job Security: No more looking over your shoulder at redundancy! The business is fully committed to the Cardiff site and continues to invest heavily in its future.

Interesting Equipment: You'll get to work with large, technically challenging equipment, keeping things interesting and expanding your knowledge.

Your Remuneration Package:

Salary up to £42,500; pension matched to 5%; cash healthcare plan and life assurance; cycle to work and electric car schemes; paid overtime

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll run planned and reactive maintenance on heavy production equipment across the Cardiff site. That covers hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyor maintenance, belts, and water pumps. You'll calibrate and adjust machinery to meet production specifications, work from technical schematics, perform fault diagnosis, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
