Job Description:

Mechanical Sales Engineer

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm (No weekends, evenings or bank holidays)

Basic Salary: £30,000.00 to £35,000.00 Per Annum

Location: Leicester

***MUST have a Mechanical Engineering degree or, NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or, HNC in Mechanical Engineering or similar Mechanical Engineering qualification***

We are supporting a well-established client in Leicester who have been established for over 40 years with a huge presence across on a International scale. Due to further growth plans, they are seeking an Mechanical Sales Engineer to join their team as an Mechanical Sales Engineer on a Full Time Permanent basis.

Mechanical Sales Engineer role: 

• Act as a central point of contact for product related queries as an Mechanical Sales Engineer
• Be a key point of contact for external customers and suppliers.
• Utilise your Mechanical Engineering experience and implement own initiative
• Responsible for the promotion of key industrial products internally and externally as an Mechanical Sales Engineer
• Attend client meetings on a occasional basis as an Mechanical Sales Engineer
• Identify new market areas for new potential customer!
• Willingness to learn and gain new skills over the coming years and become a key player for the business for limitless career opportunities as an Mechanical Sales Engineer
• Attend training events in house or externally which sometimes may involve overseas visits as Mechanical Sales Engineer
• Conduct business review meetings as an Mechanical Sales Engineer
