Mechanical Site Manager

Sidcup

£60,000 - £65,000 per year + Vehicle Allowance + Bonus + Progression + Holiday + Pension

A well-established building services contractor is looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on on site and taking full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical packages across commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects.

You’ll be working on multiple live sites, managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring all mechanical works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

The company delivers a range of mechanical building services projects across commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial sectors, with a strong reputation for quality delivery and repeat business.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day site operations across mechanical packages
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and site activities
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Attend site and client meetings, providing progress updates
• Ensure all health & safety standards and RAMS are adhered to
• Manage quality control and resolve on-site issues as they arise

The Person

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Site Manager within building services or M&E contracting
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems
• Hands-on approach with strong site management experience
• Good understanding of construction sequencing and coordination
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• SMSTS preferred
• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive site performance
