Job Description:

MEP Project Manager – Mechanical Bias | £17m Leisure Centre | Yeovil

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an MEP Project Manager/ Building Services Manager to join a growing and ambitious construction business, working on a £17m leisure centre project in Yeovil.

The business specialises in delivering industrial, commercial and leisure projects, working with high-profile clients and delivering schemes valued up to £50m. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their team with an experienced MEP Project Manager with a strong mechanical background.

You will take responsibility for the MEP delivery of the project, with a particular focus on the mechanical services package but also involved with the electrical packages. Working closely with the wider project team, you will oversee subcontractors, programme, coordination, procurement, quality and health & safety, ensuring the MEP works are delivered to the required standards and programme.
