Summary
NG Bailey Facilities Services are recruiting for an experienced Mobile General Maintenance Technician support our contracts in the Leeds and Yorkshire Region covering providing PPM and reactive maintenance.
This is a varied mobile role, ideal for someone with a broad range of practical building maintenance skills who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and delivering a high standard of service. Your work will include general building fabric repairs, decorating, minor plumbing repairs and other planned and reactive maintenance tasks. A full UK driving licence is essential, as a company van will be provided.
Key deliverables in this role will include:
Working hours
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, There may also be opportunities for overtime where works need to be completed outside normal working hours.
What we're looking for
We're looking for a practical and experienced General Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work and can deliver a high standard of planned and reactive building maintenance.
You'll be comfortable working independently in a mobile role, managing your own workload across multiple sites while providing excellent customer service.
