Mobile Patrol Parking Officer

MUST HAVE A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE, AND ACCESS TO A CAR!

FULL TIME / PERMANENT (5 DAYS A WEEK)

Permanent - 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7.

Candidate Specifications:

• No experience is required as full training will be provided.
• Highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude.

• A clean and smart personal appearance.
• Reliable and polite.

Duties:

• To be able to assist and excel whilst working in either car parking or traffic management.
• To provide excellent communication skills and an aptitude for working with the public
• To ensure a professional, friendly and approachable manner
• Offer outstanding customer service to members of the public by assist with any general enquiries relating to the car park.
• Travel between sites, ensuring optimal routes are used and time is managed effectively to provide the correct coverage at the correct times.
• Issuing parking charges to vehicles contravening the regulations of the car park using your handheld device.
• Carry out foot patrols in line with Health & Safety and British Parking Association.
• Ensure that vehicles are parked in compliance with any restrictions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Identify and report any failures of parking equipment.
• Advise motorists on the correct appeals procedure.
• Parking Marshaling at local events.
