Up to £35,490 Basic Salary | £59,996 OTE | £1,500 Sign-On Bonus

The Role

We're looking for a skilled Motor Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester to join a busy dealership in Romford. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn a competitive salary, maximise their earnings and benefit from a £1,500 sign-on bonus.

You'll be responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics, alongside MOT testing. You'll help ensure vehicles are safe, roadworthy and maintained to a high standard.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Motor Vehicle Technician.
• A valid MOT Tester licence.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Experience carrying out servicing, repairs and vehicle maintenance.
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What's On Offer

• Basic salary of up to £35,490.

• OTE of £59,996.
• £1,500 sign-on bonus, paid in stages:
• £750 upon joining.
• £250 once accredited.
• £500 after 12 months of employment.
