Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise brewing/ packaging /utilities equipment depending on recruiting department
- Troubleshoot and repair high-speed automated machinery
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance
- Work across utilities, refrigeration systems, compressors, and production lines
Candidate Profile
Essential:
- Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Time Served
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing or processing environments
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities
- Knowledge of PLCs, motors, sensors, and control systems
- Strong safety awareness and compliance with safe working practices
Desirable:
- Multi-skilled (electrical and mechanical) experience
- Exposure to utilities, brewing, or liquid processing systems
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and instrumentation
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: approx. £53,928 per annum
- Annual performance bonus: up to £2,500 (discretionary, one-off payment)
- Pension: up to 8% employer contribution
