You’ll be working for a major contractor in the Bristol area, known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment. This is an organisation where you’ll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Multi Trade Operative.

I would love to see CV’s from anyone who has worked as Maintenance Operative, Multi Skilled Operative, or Tradesman who are versatile skilled professional who carry out diverse repairs, maintenance within void properties.
 
As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:

• Carry out a wide range of multi-trade property maintenance works across domestic and commercial properties.
• Complete reactive maintenance, planned works, and refurbishment projects to a high standard.
• Utilise a broad trade skill set, including carpentry, plumbing, flooring, tiling, decorating, and general property repairs.
• Work independently and manage tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent workmanship.
• Travel across Bristol and Bath, with occasional travel to locations including Bridgend, Cheltenham, Swindon, Exeter, and Yeovil.
• Work on-site Monday to Friday, with expected hours of 8:00am–5:30pm.

 
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

• Over 5 years’ experience working within the trade.
• Strong multi-trade skills with experience in two or more disciplines.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience working across both domestic and commercial properties.
• The ability and flexibility to work across the Bristol and Bath areas.

This role is offering £180 day rate.

Working hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm

Location & travel Based in Bristol and Bath, this role is easily accessible from M4 and A4.
