I’d be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in general building trades, whether you’ve previously worked as a Building Maintenance Operative, Building Fabric Technician, or Maintenance Technician.
 
As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:

• Carry out reactive and planned multi-trade maintenance, repairs and refurbishment projects across schools, colleges, councils and other client sites. 
• Deliver a variety of tasks across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, painting, and flooring.
• Attend responsive maintenance callouts, diagnosing issues and achieving first-time fixes.

I’d love to speak to Multi Trade Operative who has:

• Skilled in two or more trades
• Relevant experience within Public Sector Construction and Commercial Refurbishment
• Must be competent in using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work.
• Full UK driving licence
• A clean DBS
