💷 £180–£200 per day (Sub Contractor or PAYE)
🕒 Full Time | Ongoing Work | Immediate Starts Available

Join a Leading Commercial Property Maintenance Company

Premier Recruitment Hub is working with a well-established and growing commercial property maintenance company that manages a large portfolio of long-term contracts across East Anglia.

We are seeking experienced Multi Traders with strong plumbing and carpentry skills to join their expanding team. Basic electrical knowledge would be an advantage.

The Role

• Planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties
• General repair and maintenance work
• Delivering high-quality workmanship
• Working independently and as part of a professional team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader
• Strong plumbing and carpentry skills
• Basic electrical knowledge desirable
• Commercial property maintenance experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Own tools preferred
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach
